Wags, Witches & Warlocks
Annual Halloween Festival and Parade "Wags, Witches & Warlocks" will be held on Saturday, October 29th in Bethany Beach. Proudly hosted by The Leslie Kopp Group, the event brings families and pets to town for a day of fun while raising money and awareness for the Delaware SPCA
The parade and costume contest gets under way at 10a.m. Participants can then enjoy activities such as Halloween crafts for kids and bobbing for tennis balls for the pups. Safely Trick or Treat at the town businesses from 11am until 1pm T
