DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Job Fair at Sussex Central High School is scheduled for Wednesday\, March 11\, 2026! The event will be open to the public and held in the Sussex Central High School cafeteria from 5:00PM - 7:00PM.\n\n\n\nDiscounted early table registration will be offered from Monday\, January 5th\, through Sunday\, February 1st\, for $25. The regular registration period will be open from February 2nd - March 2nd for a $50 fee. Registration fees directly support the College and Career office at Sussex Central High School and help offset event advertising costs. Registration is for a table at the event -- you do not need to register by attendee if your busienss has more than one representative at one table! If you would like more than one table\, please register two attendees.\n\n\n\nThe purpose of the Job Fair is to connect the business community to an available workforce in both the school and community at-large\, creating relationships and opportunities for all present.\n\n\n\nParticipating Businesses are responsible for:\n\n\n \n Set-up\, tear down and staffing their booth. Booth must be tended to at all times during the event. If member is conducting on-site interviews\, a second employee is required to be present to tend to the booth.\n \n \n Provide recruiting materials\, brochures\, giveaways and employment applications.\n \n \n Set-up will be from 4pm to 4:45pm. No exceptions!\n \n \n If conducting on site interviews\, must allow for pre-registration of interview slots.\n \n\n\n \n\nSussex Central High School is responsible for:\n\n\n \n Student scheduling and communication.\n \n \n Providing space\, table\, and 2 chairs per business.\n \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nEarly Career Experience/Co-Op Requirements\n\n\n \n Students must have a job that coincides with their pathway in order to earn credit.\n \n \n Co-op is only available to seniors. \n \n \n Students must have earned at least 18 credits towards graduation by the end of their junior year.\n \n \n Student must pass all courses to remain eligible for co-op.\n \n \n If student is terminated\, student may be removed from the co-op program.
