All routes will start and end at the intersection of Garfield Pkwy. & Pennsylvania Ave. Directions to the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce The chamber offices are located 5 miles south of Bethany Beach on Coastal Highway (on the ocean side) and will be open for check in from Monday\, April 15th through Friday\, April 19th.
