Lord's Landscaping\, Off the Hook Restaurant Group\, and Bethany Beach Beverage Company are teaming up to bring you a walk-through food and wine trail. Enjoy chef-inspired meal & handpicked wine pairings. Stop along the way and get to know your local businesses and see their beautiful Rock 'n' Roll ice sculpture displays created by Ice Lab! You can also catch a glimpse of our Fire Dancer and music by the local rock band\, Hit 'n' Run. \n\nClick here for the event flyer!\n\n\n\nCourses\n\nCourse 1: Tuna Tartare Spoon\n\nCourse 2: Parsnip Bisque with toasted hazelnuts\n\nCourse 3: Fire Roasted Wild Rockfish\n\nCourse 4: Woodfired Beef Ribeye Pinchos\n\nCourse 5: Basque Cheesecake Parfait\n\nFor a printable menu\, please click here.\n\n\n\nTickets \n\nTickets cost $180 per pod. Proceeds benefit the Millville Volunteer Fire Department. Individuals must be 21 or over. All participants must bring ID. All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be provided. Pods may be transferred to another group by calling the Chamber prior.\n\n\n\nRegistration\n\nAll registration and payment for Tour de Fuego will be done online. This is a closed event\, tickets are required for entry. When you register for this event it will automatically charge you for a Pod (1 pod = 4 people maximum). \n\n\n\nCheck-In\n\nAttendees will park and check in at the Millville Fire Hall. The event will abide by all current State of Delaware COVID restrictions.  Please arrive at least 15 mins before your time slot. Once your entire pod has arrived you will be directed to the crosswalk and will check-in in front of Lord's Landscaping.  From there\, you will travel through the Tour de Fuego in a loop around the back of the property to eat\, drink and enjoy a night of Fire and Ice and Rock n' Roll.
