DESCRIPTION:The Bethany Boathouse is the latest venture for Cottage Caf  owners Brent Poffenberger and Tom Neville.  The public is welcome to attend the upcoming groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday\, December 3rd at 4 p.m. with a reception immediately following at The Cottage Caf .  \n\n \n\nWith plans to open in the late Spring of 2015\, The Bethany Boathouse will be located directly across the street from The Cottage Caf \, adjacent to The CVS.  The building is being designed to closely resemble historic U.S. Lifesaving Stations.  The Boathouse will be a seasonal restaurant that will cater to both locals as well as tourists.  Poffenberger and Neville are very proud of this project\, and believe it will be a great amenity to this area.  In addition to both indoor and outdoor seating\, there will be a fenced in play area with a sand floor for children.
