DESCRIPTION:Come out to Sea Colony for the Junior Lifeguard Challenge this Friday\, July 12th. \n\n\n\nRegistration starts at 5:45pm and the first event starts at 6:30pm.\n\n\n\nAll events will have male and female divisions and the heats are:\n\n    A: 12-16 year old\n\n    B 7-11 year old\n\n\n\nEvents include:\n\n	Run-Swim-Run Relay- 3 person team.\n	Paddle Relay- 4 person team (bring your own boards).\n	200-300 yd Beach Run.\n	Iron Guard - Run\, swim\, paddle. Limit 3 juniors per division per patrol.\n	Surf Dash -  4 person relay team (bring your own junior cans).  \n	Special Event- Water Polo at Edgewater Pool- 6 person co-ed or any combination teams. Start time after 8:00pm. Rules to be announced.\n\nParking will be at the lot beside Dunkin Donuts with overflow across Rt. 1. You can also ask security at the front gate.
