DESCRIPTION:The Bethany Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to honor the outstanding police officers\, paramedics\, EMT's and firefighters who help keep our local communities safe all year long. This special event recognizes their service and dedication to our community.\n\n\n\nDoors open at 11:30 a.m. and the event starts at noon.\n\nThe event is free to the Chiefs and Awardees & $25 for guests of the awardees and dignitaries.\n\n\n\nDue to limited seating\, Chamber Members interested in attending please call the office to become a Patron Sponsor or Town Service sponsor today to guarantee your spot at honoring our local heroes.\n\n\n\nLuncheon Menu\n\nFirst Course\n\nRoasted Pear Mixed Green Salad\n\nWild mixed greens topped with roasted pear and candied walnuts\, tossed in a house made pear Cinzano dressing\, garnished with blue cheese and herb crostini.  \n\n\n\nSecond Course\n\nMushroom Ravioli Primavera Alla Bianca\n\nPasta Pillow pilled with mixed mushrooms\, seasoned ricotta\, shredded mozzarella and pecorino Romano\, tossed roasted mixed vegetables in a fresh sage cream sauce.\n\n\n\nBasil Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breast\n\nChicken breast stuffed with Prosciutto de Parma\, roasted red pepper\, baby spinach and provolone cheese \, over sweet potato hash and sauteed roasted garlic mixed Julienne vegetables.\n\n\n\nBalsamic Glaze Pan Seared Salmon\n\nServed over warm mixed vegetable couscous and sauteed crispy bacon brussel spouts. Finished with a balsamic glaze sauce.\n\n\n\nGrilled Expresso Rub Sirloin Steak\n\nTopped with caramelized onion and sauteed mushroom. served over parmesan cauliflower mashed pototoes and sauteed asparagus.
