DESCRIPTION:The 2025 Ocean to Bay Bike Tour is scheduled for Friday\, May 2nd\, through Saturday\, May 3rd.  This award-winning event welcomes approximately 2\,000 cyclists to the Quiet Resorts and raised over $10\,000 in charitable donations to local nonprofits in 2024!  Please see the multiple avenues for business participation below and email membership@thequietresorts.com with any questions.\n\n\n\nTo sign up for any of the sponsorship opportunities below\, please email Alyssa at events@thequietresorts.com and/or Emiy at membership@thequietresorts.com.\n\n\n\nBIKE TOUR BUSINESS SPECIALS OR ACTIVITIES\n\nWith so many visitors coming to the area for the ride\, the Chamber would like to help promote your business and encourage cyclists to shop\, dine\, stay\, and play local.  If you would like your business to be listed on the event site\, please send any special promotions\, menus\, live entertainment\, or fun cyclist-specific activities or sales (Example: show your Bike Tour bib for 10% off!) to Chamber staff via email (membership@thequietresorts.com or events@thequietresorts.com) or by tagging @oceantobaybiketour on socials\, before April 28th.\n\nAlong with our social media push\, consider welcoming cyclists to the area by changing signage or marquee language as applicable\, and promote any weekend specials\, warm wishes\, or welcomes to cyclists on social media with #oceantobay.\n\n\n\nSPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES\n\n\n\nEntertainment Sponsor ($500)\n\nBring the music!  Live music/DJ will be present as cyclists make their way to the finish line in Downtown Bethany and stay for the post party.  Contact events@thequietresorts.com for full sponsorship information.\n\n\n\nSuperlative Sponsor ($250)\n\nThe finish line post party will include a number of superlative prizes to celebrate our cyclists (biggest team\, youngest/oldest rider\, etc.). Contact events@thequietresorts.com for full sponsorship information.\n\n\n\nSwag Bag Sponsor ($100)\n\nStuff We All Get   This sponsorship allows businesses to have one branded item or non-paper promotional piece in every cyclist's swag bag (qty. 2000).  Items need to be dropped off at the Chamber's Fenwick office by April 4th.\n\n\n\nMile Marker Sponsor ($50)\n\nChoose a mile market sponsorship to have your business' logo on a sign at key points of the course\, to show riders how far they've made it!\n\n\n\nPrize Wheel Sponsor ($20 minimum)\n\nThe Bike Tour post party prize wheel is back!  Cyclists will have the chance to spin the wheel after their ride to win fun donated items\, gift cards\, coupons\, and more!  All prize wheel proceeds will go to event beneficiaries.  Prize wheel items need to be dropped off at the Chamber before May 2nd.\n\n\n\nVOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES\n\nVolunteering at the event is a great way to interact with cyclists and other businesses onsite!
