DESCRIPTION:Free  - 1 hour class - limited space - 20 slots \n\n\n\nHurricane Martial Arts is having a free Self Defense Workshop on Monday\, January 27th at 6:00PM.\n\n\n\nThis workshop is for adults (both male and female\, ages 18+) and will focus on situational awareness\, how to recognize\, respond and avoid situations that could become dangerous. There will be instruction on using physical techniques to defend yourself and will cover some weapons usage (some will be available to purchase on site). \n\n \n\nHurricane Martial Arts also asks that you come with specific questions and/or scenarios that they can address and/or help show you who to handle.\n\n \n\nPlease wear comfortable clothes like sweatpants and a t-shirt.\n\n \n\nHurricane Martial Arts offers classes for children (starting at age 4) and adults\, an After School Program and Summer Camp.  They teach Hapkido\, a Korean martial art\, that is 100% self-defense\; great for anyone to learn.\n\n \n\nRegistration is limited to 20 people!
