DESCRIPTION:2012 SOUTH BETHANY BEACH PATROL \n\nFUNDRAISER/BEACH PARTY FRIDAY\, AUGUST 17\, AT 7 PM \n\n\n\nEach year in August Beach Patrols from all over the nation attend the National Lifeguard Competition in an effort to promote life saving. The guards have an opportunity to be acknowledged and rewarded for their dedication\, hard work\, and commitment to the lifesaving profession at the national level. \n\n\n\nTo help send the South Bethany Beach Patrol Competition Team to the National Lifeguard Competition to be held August 8 - August 11\, the Beach Patrol hosts a beach party fundraiser on the beach at the south end of Ocean Dr. in South Bethany. \n\n\n\nPlease save the date\, Friday\, August 17\, for this year's beach party. The event includes hot dogs\, hamburgers\, non-alcoholic beverages and a free family movie! Bring your chairs and blankets!\n\n\n\nTickets can now be purchased ($20 per ticket\, children under 10 free) from the lifeguards or at Town Hall. We look forward to seeing you at the party.
