Technology transfer is the process of moving the results of scientific research from federal laboratories and universities to the marketplace. Companies who make technology transfer part of their business model can become more competitive\, e.g.\, by increasing their efficiency and/or identifying new product lines to generate revenue.\n\nAt the technology transfer symposium\, you will:\n•	Learn what technology transfer is and how it can help your business\;\n•	Hear from other businesses that have successfully used tech transfer to launch new products and increase profits\;\n•	Meet the people who are charged to help you with the tech transfer process.  \n\nWe hope that you will be able to attend this worthwhile event.  There is a registration fee of $10 per person\, which includes lunch.
