DESCRIPTION:The Bethany Beach Cultural & Historical Affairs Committee will host a special presentation by premier Teddy Roosevelt Impersonator\, Brian Patrick Mulligan entitled TEDDY ROOSEVELT: From Rough Rider to President!. \n\n\n\nBrian's "Teddy" shares stories full of great adventure\, humor & a positive message.  Relive the establishment of America's great National Parks\, Monuments\, and Wildlife Reserves.  Hear the incredible stories of the frail young boy who built up his body & dedicated himself to the Vigorous Life & the Square Deal. From Bear Hunts to the Panama Canal\, from Africa to the Amazon\, our 26th President's exciting stories come to life with Brian's Stage Show.\n\n\n\nHe has been a Historical & Political Impersonator since 1987.  His dead-on portrayals have appeared in 38 of the 50 States for top corporate events.  His impersonations have brought him national acclaim in film\, television\, & commercials.\n\n\n\nBrian is also a seasoned actor & improv comedy performer for over three decades.  He studied acting and directing at The Catholic University of America.  He continued his acting studies at the Hartke Theatre Conservatory in Washington\, D.C. and now calls Bethany Beach his home.\n\n\n\nWhile living in Los Angeles\, Brian made his Feature Film debut acting opposite Tommy Lee Jones in "COBB".  Some of his numerous TV appearances include Guest Starring in NBC's "THE OFFICE" opposite Steve Carell\, ABC's "CASTLE" opposite Alyssa Milano\, & ABC's "SCANDAL" opposite Columbus Short.\n\n\n\nAmong his 30 Historical Impressions\, he counts "TEDDY ROOSEVELT" as his personal favorite.           \n\n\n\nSince 2005 the Bethany Beach Cultural & Historical Affairs Committee has been sponsoring cultural events during the off season.  Topics of interest run the gamut from shipwrecks and treasures to music and historic tales. All programs are free and open to the public.
