Join the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce for the Coastal Delaware Community Clean Up! In partnership with Keep Delaware Beautiful, groups and individuals are invited to celebrate Earth Day by adopting and cleaning a section of roadway throughout coastal Sussex County.

Volunteer:
If you would like to volunteer for the clean-up, please select the green "register" button on this event page, enter your information, and select a Hub. If you are flexible to volunteer wherever needed, you can select that as an option,

All registered volunteers will receive check-in details and location information the week of the event. Each Hub volunteers will be assigned a designated location where volunteers will check in, receive clean-up supplies, and discard collected trash.

Coastal Community Clean-Up Hub Locations:

Inland Bays Garden Center: 38320 Muddy Neck Rd., Frankford (Sponsored- Taylor Bank)
Chamber Hub: 36913 Coastal Hwy., Fenwick Island
Mountaire Farms: 55 Hosier St., Selbyville (Sponsored- Mountaire Farms)

Volunteers who register online will receive their assigned hub location via email no later than April 15. Walk-ups can check in at any of the above locations to receive instructions and supplies.

Coastal Community Targeted Clean Up Locations:
Register to volunteer before Wednesday, April 15. Below is the list of areas. Every cleaning area will have a capped number of volunteer slots to ensure safety and efficiency. Regardless of your cleaning location, volunteers must check in at their assigned Hub Location to check in, receive supplies, and access free disposal. Don't see a suggested area, please feel free to write in the comments where you are interested in being assigned.

Area 1 - Inland Bays Garden Center
- Beaver Dam, Muddy Neck, Parker House, Peppers Corner, Route 17 (from 26 to Peppers)
Area 2 - Chamber
- Route 1/Coastal Hwy.
Area 3 - Dagsboro
- Route 26, Omar (North), Armory
Area 4 - Frankford
- Roxana Road, Dirickson/Old Mill Bridge, Millers Neck, Daisey, Bayard
"Assign Me" - This option means you're flexible and willing to serve wherever needed! If you would like to stay in a general area, please include any notes in the comment section.
Other: Maybe there is an area not listed that you would like to clean up. Please fill in details about clean-up location in the comment section of your registration. You will be contacted with designated check-in/disposal hub.
