Event Description:
Celebrate Valentine's Day with the South Coastal Library. Chef Charles will show you how to prepare a gourmet meal for your sweetheart on Valentine's Day! He will show you how to prepare an appetizer, entree and dessert sure to impress!
 
For those that attend in person, there will be a small tasting, raffle, and handouts.
 
This program is designed to teach patrons valuable cooking skills in a fun and upbeat environment while covering topics such as nutrition, food prep, kitchen safety, cultural foods, and budgeting.
 
Registration is appreciated but not required.
