Our customer had countless drywall cracks and tape peeling. We fixed every one of them & applied 2 coats of high quality paint on all walls, trim, doors & ceiling.
This customer had a brand new deck built on their property. After a high investment into the deck they wanted to protect it and asked us to apply a semi transparent stain, This is the result. Customer was extremely happy.
This property was going on the market & the Realtor had recommended us to their client to do some repairs and a repaint before their listing went active. We got on this job immediately and had it completed in less than 2 days.

This deck was on it's last leg & the customer was going to rip it down. We introduced a new product line from Sherwin Williams called Deck & Dock. This product is very thick and fills the cracks and holes that allows water to get inside of the wood. This deck should last another 5 years.
Another Realtor referral, This customer operates this rental property and after years of high traffic it was time to apply some paint that can handle knicks & scuffs better than most. As always, 2 coats on everything.
Have you seen a garage that was left a mess for the new buyer? Builders now are not completing the drywall process in garages and leaving customers with sloppy tape coats and no protection to outdoor elements. We removed the existing tape coat and re-taped with 3 coats of drywall mud, sanded and painted with Sherwin Williams finest paints.
