Support the South Coastal Library by attending the Annual Beach & Bay Cottage Tour. Stroll through Bethany and marvel at some of the beautiful and unique local houses.

This year the tour is hybrid - so you have options! Be sure to check out the Beach & Bay Cottage Tour Ticket Page to find the ticket option that works best for you. 

Option 1: Combo Hybrid ticket  ($50.00)

Combo tickets are limited to 1,000 tickets and include both an In-Person ticket and a Virtual ticket for the 2026 Beach & Bay Cottage Tour. 

The In-Person ticket may be used on both days, Wednesday, July 22 and Thursday, July 23 limited to a one-time visit per home.  Homes open at 9:30 am and close promptly at 4 pm each day.

The number of Virtual tickets is unlimited – you may view the home videos as many times as you like from anywhere on your electronic devices from July 12 through August 2.

Option 2: Virtual Only Ticket ($35.00)

Your VIRTUAL Ticket entitles you to view the Tour from anywhere at any time during those three weeks on any electronic device - computer, tablet or phone.  Ten unique homes are featured - visit them virtually as many times as you like during the Tour dates. 

The price of a VIRTUAL Ticket is $35.00 and gives you VIRTUAL access to all 10 of the home videos from July 12 to August 2.  

The password for the virtual tour is provided on your virtual ticket receipt/confirmation.

A Virtual Ticket does not give you access to any of the In-Person homes.
