In the American art Museum, an ongoing exhibit Experiencing America with art that depicts the genre of life in America from the 30’s until the end of the war dealing with citizens’ responses and coping with life at that time. Displays in the Galleries for Modern and Contemporary Art will take you from the 40’s through today with artwork expressing the challenges due to changes in the world will inspire your sense of artistic risk-taking and self-expression with artists’ inclusion of various ‘new’ materials.
