Join the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce at Stride Physical Therapy & Wellness on Thursday, February 8th, from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM for the February 2024 Membership Meeting!  The BFACC is partnering with Charm City Run, Sarge Athletics, and Stride Physical Therapy & Wellness to bring you a health and wellness focused morning to kick off the new year.  

Breakfast will be provided, courtesy of the three presenting businesses!  All three participating businesses, Charm City Run, Sarge Athletics, and Stride Physical Therapy & Wellness, will have 30-minute presentations/demonstrations prepared for the group.  We encourage you to come ready to move if you're interested in participating in any stretching exercises with Sarge Athletics!  See the full meeting schedule below, and feel free to join in late or leave early if you cannot stay the entire 2-hour meeting.

9:30 - 10:00 AM: Presentation 3 - Sarge Athletics gives you five small changes to feel 25, and light stretching!
