Event Description:
Mountaire Farms and the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to host the Mountaire Chicken Truck Sale on Thursday, July 2 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and rely on the support of volunteers to help events run smoothly. This event will require manual labor, you must be able to lift 40 lbs throughout the duration of your shift and we are requesting a minimum of 12 volunteers to help this event run smoothly.   • All guests must pre-order their purchase by Monday, June 29 and payment by credit card is required
  • Onsite sales WILL NOT be available
  • If a guest doesn't have their receipt and/or cannot find their confirmation email, they must confirm their name, email and phone number that was used during the registration. If they are unable to confirm the correct information, we won't be able to give them their purchase
  • All purchases are final, no refunds will be provided

Vehicle Loading Instructions
All customers must present a receipt confirming their purchase. The receipt can either be a paper receipt or a receipt on their electronic device. Once the receipt has been confirmed, we can load their vehicle with the product that they purchased. We ask everyone that purchases the product to ensure their is enough room in their vehicle for their whole order. Guests should remain in their vehicles throughout the process.

The Harry K Foundation
The Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce has partnered with our friends at the Harry K Foundation to make them the beneficiary of this event. Their mission is to end childhood hunger in the state of Delaware. 100% of all donations to their organization are used to help alleviate food insecurity throughout Delaware. 10% of all event proceeds will be donated to the Harry K Foundation and all guests have the option to donate their order to the Harry K Foundation during their registration.
