Shop Local Extravaganza- Business & Sponsorship Registration

If you are interested in participating, please call 302-539-2100 ext. 115 by 5:00 pm on December 9 and we can get you registered.
Customers will be encouraged to Shop, Savor, Stay & Splurge for a chance to win an in-store raffle from their favorite local business or multiple Grand Prizes including $500 gift cards. Every purchase at a participating business over $20 grants that shopper an entry into that specific store's drawing on Monday, December 21, and a chance at the multiple grand prize drawings on Tuesday, December 22.
This initiative, organized by the Chamber in partnership with Coastal Point, is designed to support the local businesses of the Quiet Resorts which includes businesses of Bethany Beach, Clarksville, Dagsboro, Fenwick Island, Frankford, Millville, Ocean View, Roxana, Selbyville, and South Bethany.
HOW IT WORKS
- Click green registration button at top of this page
- Include your in store prize in registration
- You will be listed on the Chamber's Facebook Event Page
- Please accept Facebook co-host request. This will allow you to add information to event page and the event will show up on your business page. (If applicable)
- The Chamber will distribute ALL raffle tickets that will be used during the event. You DO NOT need to purchase raffle tickets.
- The Chamber will distribute flyers. Please hang in the store.
- Educate employees that the event is December 5, 12, and 19. Purchases of $20+ grants entry. ONLY give raffle tickets out on these dates.
- You are responsible for all tickets you are given. In order for us to track the number of participation, we must be able to collect ALL tickets, used or not used, at the end of the event.
- Keep collected tickets (used) and non-used tickets separate for when a Chamber staff member comes to collect.
- There are multiple chances for patrons to win! Once your store's winner is selected, remaining tickets go into basket for next prize, and so on until all winners are selected!
- Purchase must be of $20 or more
- Purchase must be in-store on December 5, 12, or 19
- Must be 18 years of age or older to participate in raffle

Sign up your organization as a Shop Local Extravaganza sponsor and submit your "Gift Prize" under raffle offering to be listed as part of the Grand Prize offerings. If you want to discuss options with a chamber staff member please call 302-539-1919. Your organization will be promoted on the webpage along with the weekly advertisement throughout December in the Coastal Point. Thank you for helping the local business community!
