2024 Cybersecurity Presentation at Ocean View Police Department
Ocean View Police are having a cybersecurity information meeting Wednesday, October 16th following recent scams that have cost Ocean View residents thousands of dollars that can't be recovered.
Scammers likely look for areas with a high concentration of retirees and target those areas.
Police are partnering with DE Department of Technology and Information to explain the scams and how to prevent falling victim to them.
