2025 Best of the Quiet Resorts Awards & Member Celebration
Join us for the Chamber Membership Celebration at Coastal Kitchen at Bear Trap Dunes to recognize the many amazing accomplishments and achievements of our Chamber members and businesses throughout the 2025 calendar year! The ticketed event will take place on Thursday, November 13th from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m., and will recognize our flagship Lighthouse Award Recipient, outgoing board members and the Best of the Quiet Resorts winners.
Nominees have first rights to reserve their tickets until Friday, October 17th when public voting closes. After October 17th, ticket reservations will be made available to all chamber businesses. If you would like assistance with purchasing your ticket(s), please call 302-539-2100.

Community Spirit - Most Inspiring Person:
Presented to an individual who works, leads, serves, and cares in such a way that motivates and catalyzes others to follow the example they display.
Community Spirit - Most Engaged:
Better described as the “Everywhere Award” - this recognizes a member business that shows community spirit by consistently showing up and investing time, energy, and resources into local initiatives, events, and supporting the local business community.
Community Spirit - Best Initiative:
Presented to a member business who has adopted and executed a mission that extends beyond a successful business model. The Best Initiative Award is given to a member business that has been intentional in meeting a need in the community whether it be through awareness, building a “good neighbor” culture, or hosting a recurring event or regular activities that benefit our communities in a unique way.
Community Spirit - Nonprofit:
Presented to a nonprofit organization that has taken every opportunity to engage with and serve in our local community, lifting up other businesses and individuals, all while accomplishing their chosen objective.
Membership Anniversaries:
Recognizes businesses that have been members of the Chamber for 45+ years and those celebrating their 25th Anniversary with the Chamber
New Member of the Year:
Presented to a new Chamber member who took an immediate, active role after joining, whether it be through networking, events, volunteering, or otherwise.
Member of the Year:
Presented to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding dedication by his or her involvement in the Chamber throughout the year.
Volunteer of the Year:
Presented to an individual who has gone above and beyond in their volunteer service to contribute to the success of Chamber events.
Lighthouse Award:
The Lighthouse Award recognizes an individual that is a long-term Chamber member who displays outstanding leadership and devotion to the chamber and the local community. This award is viewed as a type of "lifetime achievement" as the success it symbolizes has withstood the test of time and storms all while remaining a beach to its surroundings.

Nominees receive a discount that can be applied to a maximum of two tickets. Additional nominee tickets can be purchased for $35. All discounts end on Friday, October 17th.
