Employers, schools, Industry Council Committee Members, parents and the community will engage and collaborate to address Delaware’s workforce needs in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Energy. Participants will hear from the Executive Committee Members regarding the Labor Market Index (LMI) report as they provide insights on Delaware’s future job market and industry trends. Come and hear about what role each of us can play in ensuring that our state continues to grow economically and our students are prepared to enter the workforce as skilled and talented employees.
