Beginning Tai Chi and Qigong for Health - 6-Class Series at South Coastal Library
PLEASE NOTE: This is a free six class series and participants should attend plan to attend all six classes as they build off one another. They offer single introductory classes for those individuals who cannot commit to all six classes. Registration is required, and you only need to register once for the entire series. You may register in-person, over the phone, or online below. Walk in's accepted as space allows.
Join the South Coastal Library for a free Tai Chi and Qigong series with Ellen Provost, Certified Trainer with the International Tai Chi for Health Institute and the Delaware Silver Lotus Training Institute. Tai-Chi is a mind-body exercise consisting of fluid, slow, gentle movements. All skill levels are welcome and can be completed standing or seated. Ages 18+. Please wear comfortable, loose comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes suitable for exercise to the class. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver by the instructor.
