About the author: Kevin “KAYR” Robinson is a two-time USA TODAY Best-Selling Author, real estate investor, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker. A graduate of Bowdoin College and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, KAYR built a real estate portfolio of more than 160 rental units after overcoming poverty and homelessness in West Philadelphia.
