BUREAU OF OCEAN ENERGY MANAGEMENT OFFERS PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD ON WIND FARMS OFF THE BETHANY BEACH COAST
The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) released their Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for their projects.
