Cooking by the Book at South Coastal Library
South Coastal Library hosts a monthly cooking class where participants will make a recipe from the chosen cookbook (voted by members of the group) and then will bring in the dish to share with the group.
Participants are encouraged to discuss cooking, recipes and how to improve them, and the book itself. This club is also a great way for you to meet members of your community and to try new foods!
Copies of the book will be available for checkout at the circulation desk while supplies last. A reference copy will be available upon request if no other copies are available.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own Tupperware to take leftovers to go.
Also, in celebration of the holidays, we encourage participants to bring cookbooks and/or cookies to exchange with others.
For ages 18 & up, please.
