Back by popular demand, is the January Hike Series. Every Sunday afternoon in January, a park naturalist will lead a hike in a different location within the seashore region. These hikes begin at 2 p.m. and are $5 per person. Pre-registration is required for all hikes. The hiking schedule is as follows:
January 7 Assawoman Canal Trail
January 14 Thompson Island Nature Preserve
January 21 Prickly Pear Trail at Fresh Pond
January 28 Burton Island Nature Preserve
