Delmarva Power Customer Relief Fund Assistance
Delmarva Power representatives will be at the Frankford Public Library to help eligible customers in the Frankford and surrounding areas learn about and apply for the Customer Relief Fund. This program may provide up to $300 in assistance to qualifying Delmarva Power customers. Stop by to speak with customer service staff, ask questions, and receive help with the application process.
