SHOW DESCRIPTION: ADULTS ONLY, ADULT LANGUAGE AND SITUATIONS

“With every wish, there comes a curse,” Bruce Springsteen. GHOSTED, a “mostly true” story, written and performed by solo actor, Celeste Walker, is about a mature woman’s reconciliation with past ghosts, reclaiming an authentic self, and finding empowerment through resiliency.
 

Celeste M. Walker recently moved to Bethany Beach, Delaware from Philadelphia. She has an MFA in Acting from The Actor’s Studio Drama School at the New School University in New York. She is a lifetime member of The Actors Studio and a member of Actors Equity. She has appeared off Broadway and in theatres in the Lehigh Valley, New York City, New Jersey and Philadelphia. Her first solo show, MR. PARKER, INDULGENCES WITH DOROTHY was about the writer and Algonquin Roundtable member, Dorothy Parker. Her autobiographical solo show, “COLETTE RELOADED,” premiered at the 2016 Philly Fringe Festival, Philadelphia, PA and was part of The White Pines Productions Series in Philadelphia and The Selkie Theatre in Bethlehem, PA in 2017. GHOSTED had its World Premiere at UNITED SOLO in April of 2024, in New York City, the show was part of the Philadelphia Fringe Festival in September 2024, in Allentown, PA in November of 2024, was part of the Binge Fringe Festival in Santa Monica in March 2025 and will be part of the Harrisburg Fringe Festival July 18th, 19th and 20th this summer. Celeste is also an Adjunct Professor at Montgomery County Community College.
