Feelings Rock with Elmo at the South Coastal Library

Feelings Rock is a music and movement-based class that is designed to help children ages NB-5 and their families navigate social emotional development. Get ready to learn how to recognize, express, and cope with emotions, engage in fun learning activities and promote a healthy body with movement! We like to have fun with the use of sign language, rhythm sticks, shaker eggs, puppets, stories, instruments and so much more!
