Fire & Ice Festival "A Weekend for the Books" - Town of Bethany Beach Happenings
The Town of Bethany Beach is hosting a number of fun festival activities throughout the entire weekend all leading up the finale ice sculpture reveal on Saturday evening. Head downtown and discover ice sculptures, live ice carving demonstrations by The Ice God, an inflatable kingdom, live entertainment and more!
Friday, January 31
Inflatable Kingdom: 11AM - 6PM
The inflatables are back again this year! Head down to the playground area on Garfield Parkway in Bethany Beach to enjoy an impressive selection of fun inflatables sponsored by Bethany Beach Books. Options will be available to children of all ages. Donations are suggested and will go towards the local Elementary School Resource Officer.
Skating Rink: 11AM - 6PM
Take a few laps on the 1,800 square foot synthetic skating rink while enjoying fun music offered by a live DJ on site. Skate with friends and family all weekend long in downtown Bethany Beach, located at the 210 Garfield Parkway. Donations are suggested and will go towards the Lord Baltimore Elementary PTO!
Entertainment - Boston Bachert: 5PM
Sponsored by the Town of Bethany Beach, enjoy a sure-to-please show by magician and skilled fire juggler, Boston Bachert on the Bandstand stage at 5PM
Tasting Tour
The Tasting Tour kicks off with participating restaurants in the Quiet Resorts offering their signature Fire & Ice themed cocktail. Tasting Tour tickets will be honored all festival weekend! Click here for ticket information.
Saturday, February 1
Inflatable Kingdom: 11AM - 6PM
The Inflatable Kingdom in downtown Bethany Beach will include a few additional stations on Saturday! Options will be available to children of all ages. Donations are suggested and will go towards the local elementary School Resource Officer!

Ice Sculpture Walking Tour - 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
The finale of the ice sculpture walking tour is located in Bethany Beach! Stroll the boardwalk, bandstand, and Garfield Parkway to view them all. Pick up a festival map at the information tent to make sure you see them all! There is over 60,000 pounds of ice coming to The Quiet Resorts, all masterfully crafted by the artists from The Ice God! Watch as the ice sculptures are unveiled and illuminated with lights as the sun sets
The biggest ice display of the festival is going to be located at the Bethany Beach Bandstand on Saturday! Get your picture taken on stage with the massive 10-block sculpture and some fun surprise "guests."
Live Ice Carving Demonstration: 5:30PM
Sponsored by Bethany Beach Ocean Suites, watch the massive eight-block, live ice carving demonstration by the incredibly talented artists of The Ice God. Live carving demonstrations are some of the most popular features of the entire festival and this one is on the boardwalk by Hollywood Street. You won't want to miss it!
Tasting Tour
