FREE Intro to Tai Chi & Qi Gong
Introduction to Tai Chi and QI Gong: Easy to learn light exercises that promote good health and well being, meditation in motion. This is a mix of QiGong and Tai Chi. Qi Gong is a large part of Chinese medicine. Use your own body energy to prevent sickness. Hand outs will be provided to illustrate unique healing points along with a demo. Learn some Sun Style Tai Chi, recognized by the Arthritis Foundation for treatment, where as it moves all the body joints in slow motion. Taken from the martial arts and practiced for hundreds of years, Tai Chi improves balance and strength. So, if you've ever wondered what it's all about, join in for this free class. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes.
