The Barre Classes on Wednesday will be held at the studio due to weather!

FREE Introductory BARRE Classes on the Deck of Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce, 36913 Coastal Hwy, Fenwick Island, DE 19944. One hour each from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m.  Bring your yoga mat or we'll supply one for you, if you forget or don't have one. Great introduction to barre and Beach Body Barre instructors.  Men and women of all fitness levels welcome. No experience needed.  Special rates will be offered to participants and their referrals.
