The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, in partnership wit the Delaware State Housing Authority, New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, and Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, will host a series of events to examine the issues related to workforce housing and explore opportunities for shared solutions to address these challenges.

• Tools & resources necessary to support broader access to housing and more affordable options for working families
• Products designed to increase financing option for homebuyers an assist in the current lending landscape
• Cross-sector partnerships and streamlined pathways that can support sustainable housing solutions in communities.
