Registration for Delaware Paid Leave opens September 1, 2024, and closes December 1, 2024.  Payroll deductions for businesses in the Delaware Paid Leave program will begin January 1, 2025, with April 30, 2025 as the first due date for Paid Family Medical Leave contributions.  January 1, 2026 is the starting date for employees to submit claim applications for payment.
