Join us for our ribbon cutting ceremony for Mind, Body & Sole's new fitness and Yoga/Barre/Zumba center. They are a wellness center and "A quaint little spot in Bethany Beach, est. in May 2010, easy to get to and hard to leave, we are determined to make you feel relaxed and refreshed."
