Mindful Movement Yoga at South Coastal Library
Get ready for Valentine's Day with a fun, free, and relaxing self-care program throughout the week. Show love to yourself by spending some time to focus on you! Today, be kind to yourself, by joining Sarah Schaber, RYT-500 certified yoga instructor, for a free 1-hour Mindful Movement Yoga class. This class will combine gentle movement and stretches with breath work to create a "meditation in motion" followed by a deep guided relaxation to help calm the body and mind.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel from home.
Registration guarantees your spot in the class. Walk-in's accepted first-come, first-serve as space permits.
You may register in-person, by phone or online. Ages 18+.
