Non-Vegetarian Option
Focaccia bread with turkey, spring mix, Gruyere cheese and Green Goddess dressing. Served with a Fregola salad, orange "cutie", a fruit parfait, and a small water. 

Vegetarian Option
Roasted vegetable sandwich with goat cheese aioli, and arugula. Served with a Fregola salad, an orange "cutie", a fruit parfait, and a small water.
