Lead Your Way Solutions (LYWS), a management consulting company and a member of the Chamber, has developed a new group leadership series. The program is a multi-day, high energy, experiential experience that focuses on key aspects of extraordinary leadership. LYWS would like to invite all Chamber members to participate, at no cost to your company, before the program is officially launched in the spring.  LYWS has three different workshops scheduled before the end of this year. This is a great opportunity to recognize your staff and offer them the chance to enhance their leadership skills and practices.

P.S.  This program is in partnership with the Southern Delaware Tourism team.
