Welcome to the first annual Pickleball Half Marathon, where nine teams will keep the ball in play for 13.1 hours—similar to a walk-a-thon, but with paddles and pickleballs!
We’re rallying to raise funds for College Essay App, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to leveling the playing field for college-bound students. College Essay App provides personalized writing support to help students craft standout college essays, opening doors to higher education opportunities.

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
INTERESTED IN BEING A TEAM CAPTAIN?
- Field Your Team: You can have up to 20 players on your roster. Players can sign up for your team on this page by clicking the "Join / Create Team" button.
- Fundraise: Each team will be responsible for raising at least $2,000 to cover their registration. Your team is welcome to enlist sponsors who aren’t playing in the marathon to help meet and surpass the fundraising goal.
- Communicate: You’ll be the point person between the event and your team.
- Create a Team Name: Make it fun, punny, or personal!
- Manage Scheduling: Ensure 4 players are on your court at all times during the 13.1 hours. You don’t need to be on-site the entire time.
