Businesses! 
If you are interested in participating in the Spring Fling shop local initiative April 3rd - 11th, please sign up by March 22nd, using the green "Register Now" button.  If you have any questions, email Emily at membership@thequietresorts.com.

Customers will be encouraged to Shop, Dine, Stay & Play  for a chance to win an in-store raffle from participating businesses or the grand prize! Every transaction (recommended $20+) or participation in business initiatives at a participating business grants that patron an entry into the grand prize drawings and that specific business's raffle prize drawing, if applicable.  In-store raffle prize drawings will take place Tuesday, April 14th, at participating businesses, and the grand prize drawing will take place at the Chamber on Wednesday, April 15th.  The 2025 Grand Prize was a $500 Gift Card Bouquet sponsored by the Delaware Division of Small Business!

This initiative, organized by the Chamber, is designed to support the local businesses of the Quiet Resorts which includes businesses of Bethany Beach, Clarksville, Dagsboro, Fenwick Island, Frankford, Millville, Ocean View, Roxana, Selbyville, and South Bethany.

HOW IT WORKS

• Click green registration button at top of this page
• Complete all required registration fields, including promo/activity information for your business the week of April 3rd - 11th, and if you are choosing to offer an in-store raffle prize.
• The Chamber will distribute ALL raffle tickets that will be used during the event.  You DO NOT need to purchase raffle tickets.
• Store specific raffle prize drawings will take place in-store on Tuesday, April 14th if you choose to have an in-store raffle prize available
  • ​All businesses participating in Spring Fling will have raffle tickets, even if they are not offering an in-store raffle prize.  In that instance, raffle tickets would just go towards the grand prize drawings.
• Grand prize drawings will take place on Wednesday, April 15th at the Chamber
  • ​All raffle tickets need to be dropped off at the Chamber or scheduled for pickup by 4pm on Tuesday, April 14th
• You will be listed on the Chamber's Facebook Event Page
  • Please accept Facebook co-host request. This will allow you to add information to event page and the event will show up on your business page. (If applicable)
• The Chamber will distribute flyers. Please hang in the store.
• Educate employees that the event is April 3rd - 11th. It is recommended that purchases of $20+ grants entry.  Only give raffle tickets out on these dates.
• You are responsible for all tickets you are given. In order for us to track the number of participation, we must be able to collect all tickets, used or not used, at the end of the event (April 13th - 14th).
  • Please keep collected tickets (used) and non-used tickets separate for when a Chamber staff member comes to collect. 
• There are multiple chances for patrons to win! Once your store's winner is selected, remaining tickets go into basket for next prize, and so on until all winners are selected!

• Purchases recommended to be of $20 or more, but not required. 
• Participation in an activity, event, or initiative at a participating business can also grant entry into the raffle. 
• Purchase must be in-store, or online for home-based businesses, April 3rd - 11th.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to participate in raffle.
