Uncle Devin: In the Pocket Go Go Show

The Uncle Devin Show® is an interactive musical experience for children by renowned drummer, Devin Walker. Uncle Devin and 25 other artists are members of the 1 Tribe Collective whose album “All One Tribe” was Grammy- nominated for Best Children’s Music Album in 2022. The entire family will experience the rhythm of Uncle Devin’s infectious blend of Jazz, Funk, and DC’s official music, Go-Go.
The show cultivates the minds of children through percussion instruments and is a dynamic cross between DC’s Trouble Funk and Schoolhouse Rock. Uncle Devin is also a Teaching Artist with both the Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning and Teaching for Change and owner of the children’s online music platform, WEE Nation Radio.

Freeman Arts Pavilion – a program of the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation – is a champion of the arts on Delmarva, providing diverse arts performances as well as arts access programs for local schools and the community at large. From June-September the Freeman Arts Pavilion is an open-air performance space showcasing music, dance, comedy, theater, children's programs, and free events.
