Join Art League of Ocean City for an inspiring group coaching session designed to help you reflect, reset, and envision your ideal path to wellness. Led by a Certified Duke Health & Wellness Coach, this 90-minute session combines personal reflection with creative expression.

Participants will be guided through the Wheel of Health, a self-assessment exercise that helps identify where you are now and where you want to be in areas like nutrition, movement, sleep, and more. Then, bring your goals to life by creating a personalized vision board—a powerful tool to keep your intentions front and center.

All materials will be provided, including:

• Self-assessment worksheets

• Vision board templates

• Art supplies (colored pencils, stickers)

• A large flip chart easel for group engagement
