Join Sarah Schaber, RYT-500 certified yoga instructor, for a free 1-hour yin yoga class. Yin is a relaxing slow moving practice suitable for all levels that focuses on opening up the connective tissue and fascia which may help to improve overall flexibility, inflammation, and pain. Please bring any props needed for your own comfort in the longer held postures (like blocks, blankets, and pillows). Please bring your own YOGA MAT. 

Registration recommended as it will guarantee you a spot in the class, however, they do take multiple walk-in's each class as space permits on a first come, first serve basis. If you are on the waiting list, you are more than welcome to try and come to the class as a walk-in.
