We are seeking a highly organized and professional Customer Service Representative to join our Team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and driving sales for the company. You will be responsible for using your knowledge of company services to connect with consumers and generate sales for the company. Some of the duties include developing sales pitches to sell services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts in a CRM database.
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase services. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to:
  • Be knowledgeable about the services offered by the company
  • Answering incoming customer calls regarding company services, setting up customer accounts, and scheduling technicians
  • Provide timely follow up with the customer by making outbound customer calls
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database
  • Answer customer questions while navigating through multiple systems
  • Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
  • Min call volume of 40 calls handled
  • Speed to lead – anything assigned to you is handled in UNDER 15 min. . . ideally it’s handled much faster
  • No missed leads on anything assigned to you
