Office Assistant

  • Greet guests and owners and answer general questions, refer when necessary
  • Keeps office supplies and guest related items stocked
  • Answer phones and general questions, refer when necessary
  • Make weekly rental packets and other rental related items
  • Basic bookkeeping of rental transactions—experience with Excel a must
  • Maintains office files. Opens, sorts, and distributes mail.  Notify guests and owners of packages.
  • Keep common areas refreshed and or updated including bulletin boards
