Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to optimize warehouse operations and maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Team Members, suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Coordination of installations between the customer and installers.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations management related to inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to obtain positive results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools/systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, independent, drug free, have the ability to operate a forklift, & have a good driver's license.
• Position requires thorough knowledge of all aspects of floor coverings & materials associated with them.
