- Drop off your completed printout at the Arts Festival info tent or at Bethany Beach Books until end of day Sunday (9/13).
Silent Auction
The annual event serves as a fundraiser for the arts programs at five local elementary and middle schools. The silent auction is comprised of pieces donated by participating artists, and is hosted on the Bethany Beach Bandstand from 10 am - 2 pm.

*Note that St. Ann's Church will NOT be an event shuttle stop in 2026.
There will be an event shuttle offered for overflow parking at the Hope Center located at 97 Central Ave., Ocean View DE.
In the event that inclement weather is forecasted that poses a threat to public safety, the festival has a rain date scheduled for Sunday, September 13, 2026. All announcements regarding the show date will be made on this website.
Rain Date / Cancellation Policy
The Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce will notify all artists no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11. Artists will be notified via email. The Chamber will post all announcements regarding the Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival homepage and on social media - @bethanybeachartsfestival. Artists who cannot attend the rain date will not be issued refunds.
If the Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival is postponed to the rain date of Sunday, September 13th:
- New festival hours: 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
- Set up and check in will still follow the Saturday schedule (schedule noted on previous page)
- Artists must be present at the show. No stand-ins or artist’s representatives are permitted.
If the event is cancelled completely by the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce for any reason all participating artists will be issued a 100% refund of their booth fee or the option to defer their booth payment to the 2027 show. Artists will not be reimbursed for any other incurred expenses (e.g. accommodations, travel expenses, tent rentals, advertising, etc.

Artist Information:
Accepted Artists, purchase your advertisement in the Arts Festival Program. Send your ad to communications@thequietresorts.com by Friday, July 10.
All artists must have a certificate of insurance with them on the date of the event. Please add Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce as "additionally insured" on your certificate of insurance for the date of the event. If you do not already have insurance and are interested in purchasing short-term event insurance, please click the link for more information from ACT Insurance.
