Fire & Ice - Tour de Fuego

Spice up your Friday night with Tour de Fuego! Lord's Landscaping, Off the Hook Restaurant Group & Bethany Beach Beverage Company are teaming up to bring you a walk-through food and wine trail. As you walk through the trail you won?t just be enjoying a 5-course chef inspired meal &  handpicked wine pairings, there will be local businesses set up throughout the trail.  Stop along the way and get to know your local businesses and see their beautiful Delmarvalous ice displays provided by Ice Lab! Catch a glimpse of our Fire Dancer, brought to you by the The Town of Millville, as you wait in our socially distanced waiting area for your time slot. Tickets are $160 per pod and proceeds benefit the nonprofit Santa's Letters.
*Must be 21 or over to participate. All participants must bring their ID's
*All ticket sales are final, refunds will not be provided. Pods may be transferred to another group by calling the Chamber prior to February 24th

Registration
All registration and payment for Tour de Fuego will be done online. This is a closed event, tickets will be required. When you register for this event it will automatically charge you for a  Pod (1 pod = 4 people maximum) .You must choose your time slot to help ensure safe social distancing for all attendees.

Check-In
Attendees will park and check-in at the Millville Fire Hall. Attendees must be masked in order to enter and abide by the State of Delaware COVID restrictions. Please arrive at least 15 mins before your time slot. Volunteers will verify your registration and the names registered for your pod in order to give you your time slot ticket before you park. Once your entire pod has arrived you will crossover to Lord's Landscaping. From there, you will travel through the Tour de Fuego in a loop around the back of our property to eat, drink and enjoy a night of Fire and Ice!

Course Menu

• Course 1: Roasted hubbard squash, crab bisque, blackened pistachio & chili oil provided by Taste Events
• Course 2: Blackened mahi taco, corn tortilla, avocado salsa verde, red cabbage, pickled red onion & mango cayenne pico provided by Hooked Up
• Course 3: Pan seared day boat scallop, golden cauliflower puree, roasted tomato relish, crispy jalapeno & cilantro provided by Off the Hook
• Course 4: Day braised short rib, roasted garlic whipped potato, grilled asparagus & whole grain demi provided by Hooked
• Course 5: Banana bread pudding served with Agape Creamery banana ice cream provided by Just Hooked
